FiveM Resource Purchase Terms

Completing an order in this independent FiveM store means you agree to the terms below. They define the license for each script, how digital delivery works, when a refund may be considered and how a disagreement is handled.

License and digital delivery

Your right to use a purchased script

An order gives you a non-exclusive license that cannot be transferred to another person. You may run the FiveM resource on servers you own or operate and adjust files that the product makes editable. You may not sell, sublicense, share or redistribute any part of the resource, including protected escrow code, configuration files, documentation or media.

Access to product updates

While updates continue to be released for a product, your original purchase provides access to those versions without another product charge. No minimum support period is promised. If development of a script ends, the listing may be marked as retired and existing buyers will retain access to the latest version that was made available.

Correct customer information

You must provide an email address you can access because order confirmation and resource delivery are tied to it. If the address was entered incorrectly, contact support with sufficient evidence of the transaction so the order can be reviewed.

Ownership of the resource

The script, documentation, screenshots, artwork and demonstrations remain the intellectual property of CfxMods or the identified creator. A purchase grants the stated license to use the product; it does not assign copyright or ownership to the buyer.

Digital Product Refund Rules

Purchases are normally final. FiveM scripts are digital goods made available electronically after payment. Once delivery access has been issued, the order is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you acknowledge that any withdrawal right that may lawfully be waived for immediately supplied digital content is waived, including where Directive 2011/83/EU applies.

Cases eligible for individual review

Contact us promptly if one of the following occurred:

• The same FiveM order was charged more than once.
• Delivery access was not provided and support cannot restore it within a reasonable period.
• The resource cannot perform its advertised core function on a framework version expressly listed as supported, and no workable correction can be provided.

Submit the order support form with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to answer within one business day.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please give support an opportunity to investigate before disputing the payment. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment processor with these terms, the associated order record, support history and delivery log. Access connected to a successfully reversed payment may be withdrawn.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may install the purchased script on FiveM servers you control, subject to any product-specific license shown on its listing. You must not:

• Upload or share the resource through a leak site, public repository, file host or unauthorized reseller.
• Defeat FiveM Asset Escrow, deobfuscate protected code or otherwise bypass a technical protection measure.
• Present the script as your own creation or remove creator attribution where the license requires it.
• Use the resource as part of harassment, fraud or conduct that breaches the applicable Cfx.re terms.

Download access may be revoked when an account materially violates these conditions. A license revoked for misuse does not create a right to repayment.

Warranty Disclaimer and Liability Limit

To the fullest extent allowed by law, scripts are supplied “as is” and “as available”, without an express or implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The total liability connected with the storefront or a purchased resource is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order during the 12 months before the claim.

CfxMods is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including lost revenue, unavailable server time, lost player activity or lost data, even where that type of loss was reasonably foreseeable.

Governing Law and Disputes

The party you buy from

CfxMods is operated by a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. A purchase made here is a contract with that company.

Law that applies

Delaware law governs these terms and any claim connected to a purchase or to use of the store, contractual or otherwise, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Court that hears a claim

A legal proceeding arising from these terms or use of the store must be brought in a state or federal court located in Delaware, United States. Each party accepts the jurisdiction of those courts and waives an objection that the location is inconvenient.

Support first, proceedings second

Send the order number through the CfxMods support form before a formal proceeding is started. A delivery or billing fault is usually repairable, and a resolution is attempted within 30 days of that message.

Mandatory consumer rules

Where the consumer law of a buyer's country of residence grants a protection that cannot be waived by agreement, this section does not reduce it.

Either party may still request equitable or injunctive relief from a court with appropriate authority when necessary to protect intellectual property.

Revisions to the Purchase Terms

These conditions may be revised as the store, checkout process or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Continuing to use the storefront after a revision takes effect indicates agreement with the updated terms.
