This notice describes the personal information CfxMods processes when you browse this independent FiveM store, place a digital-resource order, submit a review or ask for support.

The store covered by this notice

CfxMods operates an online catalog for FiveM scripts, MLOs and related server resources. References to “CfxMods”, “we” or “our” mean the store operator. “You” means a visitor, buyer or person contacting support.

Personal information handled by the store

We limit collection to information needed to operate the storefront, process an order, deliver a FiveM resource and respond to customers.

Details you choose to enter

• Customer name and email address, used to identify the order, send the receipt and deliver access to the purchased resource.
• Billing information, such as a postal code when the payment method requires address verification, fraud checks or tax handling.
• Support form content, including the contact details, server name and technical information you submit.
• Review information, including the public display name, optional server or role, rating and review body you provide.

Technical and transaction records

• Network and browser information, including IP address, approximate location and user-agent data recorded for security, fraud prevention and service diagnostics.
• FiveM order records, including the order number, selected resources, amount, currency, payment status and event timestamps.
• Store interaction data collected through Microsoft Clarity, such as page visits and pseudonymous session interaction information, to diagnose usability and performance problems.
• Abuse-prevention signals processed by Cloudflare and Turnstile when a protected form or request is submitted.

Card and payment details

Our payment provider supplies the hosted card-payment interface used by this store. Sensitive card details, including the card number, expiry date, security code and 3-D Secure information, are submitted to the payment provider rather than stored by CfxMods. Our order record receives payment references, status and non-sensitive transaction details needed to fulfil the purchase.

Why we process this information

• To create and fulfil a FiveM resource order, issue the download entitlement and send transactional email.
• To answer product, compatibility, installation, licensing and payment questions.
• To detect suspicious payments, automated submissions, account abuse and attacks against the storefront.
• To maintain financial, tax and other records required by applicable law.
• To send relevant resource updates or store announcements where permitted. Each marketing message provides a way to unsubscribe.
• To measure site reliability, understand navigation problems and improve the FiveM script shopping experience.

CfxMods does not sell customer personal information. Store data is not used by us to build advertising profiles across unrelated websites.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront and its service providers may use the following browser identifiers:

• Guest cart identifier, an HttpOnly cookie used to retrieve your selected FiveM scripts from the server-side cart for up to 30 days.
• Administrative session identifier, used only for authenticated store-management access.
• Cloudflare security cookies, which may be set for bot management, traffic protection or Turnstile verification.
• Microsoft Clarity identifiers, including cookies that connect page views into pseudonymous analytics sessions and retain site-specific preferences.

Blocking optional analytics cookies may reduce the diagnostic information available to us, but it does not prevent you from viewing the FiveM catalog.

Service providers receiving limited data

Information is shared only as needed for the provider to perform its storefront function:

• Payment provider, which hosts the payment interface and processes supported payment methods, fraud signals and transaction data under its own terms.
• Cloudflare, which provides DNS, content delivery, attack mitigation, bot management and Turnstile.
• Microsoft Clarity, which provides aggregated usage analytics and session-interaction diagnostics.
• Email and hosting providers, which transmit order and support messages and run the infrastructure that stores application data.

How long records are kept

• Purchase and accounting records remain available for the period required by financial and tax law, which is commonly up to seven years.
• Customer-support conversations are retained for up to two years after the final response unless a longer period is needed for an active dispute.
• Application and web-server logs are normally rotated within 30 days, subject to a longer security investigation where necessary.
• Published FiveM script reviews remain with the product while relevant and can be removed following a verified request from the reviewer.

Requests concerning your personal information

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may ask CfxMods to:

• Tell you whether we hold personal information linked to your email address.
• Correct inaccurate customer or contact information.
• Delete eligible information that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.
• Provide an export of information you submitted to the store.

Submit the request through the privacy contact form using the email associated with the order or review. We may ask for reasonable verification and aim to respond within 30 days.

Processing across countries

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in more than one jurisdiction. Where required, the relevant provider uses contractual or equivalent safeguards for transfers of personal information outside its place of origin.

Age restriction

This FiveM resource store is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children under that age. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted so we can review and remove it.

Updates to this privacy notice

The policy date above changes whenever this notice is revised. If a material update affects the way existing customer information is used, we will provide an additional notice where required.
